GMG Immersion heater sheaths

Developed specifically for aluminum liquid holding furnaces and online degassing boxes, GMG immersion heater protection sleeves are compatible with resistance-type immersion heaters.

Constructed from premium ceramic materials with outstanding thermal conductivity, high-temperature resistance and anti-oxidation capability, the sleeves shield internal heaters from harsh furnace environments to ensure even aluminum liquid heating and stable smelting processes. A special surface anti-adhesion coating minimizes aluminum slag buildup on outer walls, boosting workshop productivity and finished casting quality.
